I had some wonderful first time buyers that bought a Home last year and were so excited they posted the closing date and time... wile we were at the closing ..truck pulls up.. takes all the new appliances out..
Neighbors thought nothing of if... figured it was just movers...
Everybody is trying to figure out how to pay the rent.. one way or another! Don't let this happen to you!
